Memory is the process of processing every information available and storing it for short-term or long-term use. This helps us remember things from the past and use it for future reference.

In simple words, memory makes us what we are. It tells us what we are, who we are, and anything and everything from our lives.


Despite this, we usually hear people complaining of low memory. Phrases like “I forget things easily”, “My child has low memory” “My low memory makes me forget names and places” “I get low grades as I forgot my subject” etc are very commonly heard around us. People usually complain of low memory issues owing to their daily routine stress and hectic schedules.


There are many students who cannot retain for long. They forget easily due to their low memory, lack of concentration or low retention power. Many women complain of loss of memory due to their life and work issues. They usually complain of stressful life resulting in loss of memory.


WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF LOW MEMORY?


There can be a variety of reasons that can be attributed to low memory. It could be related to your genes or to some medical disorders.
